Romans 12:1 says, "Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship." We are called to be living sacrifices. We do this by imitating Christ and that ultimately includes serving. Whether it's in the church, in our community, or around the world.
