Description
As a worship arts intern, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself into the dynamic and creative world of church worship. Under the guidance of the worship director and the lead pastor, you'll contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of all areas of the worship arts department over the course of a summer.

As a worship arts intern, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself into the dynamic and creative world of church worship. Under the guidance of the worship director and the lead pastor, you'll contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of all areas of the worship arts department over the course of a summer.
Training Highlights:
- Technology: Hands-on experience with sound, lighting, and projection equipment.
- Worship Planning: Collaborate with the worship director to plan, schedule, organize, and lead worship services.
- Administration: Assist with scheduling, communications, organizing digital and hardware resources for worship teams.
Intern Expectations:
- Live a Christian life and be active in your faith.
- Follow Encounter Church's staff guidelines.
- Serve a minimum of 15 hours per week in your internship.
- Meet regularly with the Worship Director to debrief weekly tasks.
- Communicate hours and plans weekly to church staff.
- Treat the church building, people and equipment respectfully and responsibly.
- Strive for excellence in all areas of your ministry.
